Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that we cancel the conference, only the registration fee will be reimbursed. Hotel and airfare are the responsibility of the attendees.
Refund policy
Full refunds are available up until noon (12:00pm PST) the Thursday prior to the show. That is when we have to commit to the Hotel our total attendance figures. After that point, refunds will no longer be available.
I'm trying to figure out what time I should book my flight for- early in the morning August 13 or sometime August 12. Any idea what time stuff will start happening at the conference?
You'll definitely want to come in Sunday sometime :) Probably not at night.
There's a typo in the Cancellation Policy paragraph. The word 'free' is used instead of 'fee'.
