360Flex Skinning MegaBlock and Workshop

Andy McIntosh of EffectiveUI and Juan Sanchez of ScaleNine will be teaming up for a dual-speaker presentation and workshop covering a variety of methods for creating visually engaging Flex applications. Topics that will be covered include styling, graphical skinning, programmatic skinning, runtime CSS, filters, effects, transitions and more.

The sessions will be merged into one megablock. It will start with the informational presentation and finish up with a workshop session, where participants will be applying methods covered to a small application, so bring your laptops.

One of the benefits of using Flex is the ability to create visually appealing and engaging rich internet applications. The goal of this extended session is to inform the audience of what's possible with Flex, and help them make a decision for the best way to enhance their applications.
