360Flex call for beer!
If you attended 360|Flex San Jose '07, you'll know our beer selection was incredible (thanks COWPU crew!). This year as we return home to San Jose and eBay's Town Hall, we're empowered to once again select whatever beer we feel like (they'll attempt to source whatever we request).

What would ya'll like to drink? Micro brews? Hefs? IPAs? Fruit flavored stuff (not my choice, but hey)? Leave us a comment and we'll make up a list, see what we can do. Obviously those beers with the most votes will win, since we can't have 30 different kegs around the place... Well I guess we could but we'd like you guys to remember to show up the next day, so it'll probably be 2-3 kegs, each night.
For you non-drinkers, don't worry. Tom (a fellow non-drinker) will make sure your crowd is properly represented! But feel free to request your favorite lemonade or soda pop flavah! (We don't really use the word soda pop, but we didn't want those who actually do use it to feel left out...like Ryan Stewart. Only he doesn't even add the "soda" prefix, he says straight up "pop"! LOL)

What about us non-beer drinkers?
Oh, you know I'm gonna be first in line for a beer call, fellas.
I think your staple beer is Fat Tire.. start with that. Then you should have a hoppy beer and a malty beer.
How about Sierra Nevada Pale for hoppy and Smithwick's for malty?
Then you should have a private selection of Trappist Ales for the speakers.
Arrogant Bastard (Stone) - nuff said!
Dead Guy (Rogue Brewery) seemed to be a crowd pleaser last time. :)
Curve Ball Kolsh (Pyramid) is sure nice on a hot afternoon. It's light and crisp.
Twilight (Deschutes) is an excellent summer seasonal; Mirror Pond (also from Deschutes) is a solid alternative.
Golden Glove or Blonde Bombshell (Cascade Lakes) are also summer favorites.
That should give John and Tom something to taste the next few times they go out. ;)
@Keeler,
Don't drink beer? Maybe we can cure you of that :) Tom has the non beer drinker's backs. He'll score some sort of juice boxes or cans of Squirt :)
@Tony, and @jen of the new last name :)
Great ideas! Keep 'em rolling!
I am not sure how extensive your sourcing resources are, but this beer will not disappoint anyone.

@Keeler For the alchies, I'm thinking some tasty sodas ala Thomas Kemper/Henry Weinhardt Orange Cream or Root Beer on tap. Even in my drinking days, the Orange Cream on tap would beat the Pyramid Hef when heading to Safeco Field.
If we do get the root beer, you better believe there'll be some vanilla ice cream to float in it! :)
And if you meant what alcoholic drink besides beer will be present, well we'll have wine for those of a refined pallet.
Oops, non-alchies that is. LOL
Don't go mocking pop. I didn't know it was called anything else growing up.
+1 for Orange Cream and Root Beer floats.
My recommendations:
Beer:
Piraat Ale by Brouwerij Van Seenberge N.V.

Non-Alcoholic Beverages:
Foxon Park White Birch (Ginger Ale & Gassosa is really good too)

Old Tyme Jamaican Ginger Beer (this is so strong it burns), sadly, near impossible to find. If ANYONE knows where to find it. Please let me know.

Bring it back to one of the best micro brews and it's a bay area company! Anchor steam!
If you find that jamaican ginger beer let me know!
For non-alcoholic stuff:
I'm a big Pepsi fan; but that probably makes me uncreative!
Jones Soda has a wide array of interesting Soda, different from the average "Cola / Sprite " Varieties. You can also get customized labels...
this conversation is sounding strangely familiar.
@thomas gonzalez All your Maudite are belong to me.

they even have a flash intro...
the hef is the best in the world, you can get kegs @ bevmo
PILSNER URQUELL! It's the most delicious beer in the world!
I echo everyone else who said "Fat Tire". I'd also add Guinness, as more than a few of us are Irish and you know we won't survive the weekend without it. Guinness for strength!
I'd love a nice belgian ale, perhaps chimay or duvel
If you want to make me happy, have some of these: http://www.organicpastures.com/products_kombucha.html
They come in beer bottles :)
I'm down with pretty much any beer minus Hefe. Oh yeah and no piss beer such as Keystone, or Bud...although PBR is fine. ;-)
Heck guys, let's be the conference that does 40's of Olde E!
@jun
you can't come. No Hef? I don't know you. you're dead to me.
Though you do redeem yourself a bit on the piss beer thing.
mmmm 40's.... Maybe Billy Dee Williams can keynote..... I'll look into that.
Colt 45 FTW!!!
