Refunds And Cancellation
Unless otherwise specified by a specific event, this is our global policy for all 360|Conferences events.
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that we cancel a conference, only the registration fee will be reimbursed 100%. Hotel and airfare are the responsibility of the attendees.
Refund policy
Full refunds are available up until 3 weeks (21 days) before the conference, no penalties. After that we’ve committed to those numbers for SWAG, etc. and are unable to offer any refunds on conference registration.
We do not prohibit the transfering of registrations to another person, and will do what we can to help facilitate that, we don’t want your money being wasted, but once we’ve committed to numbers we can’t do refunds.
